Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Grabgram (“Grabgram”, “we”, “us”), a browser extension that helps you download Instagram photos, videos, reels, and stories you can already view while signed in. By installing or using Grabgram, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.

What Grabgram does

Grabgram adds a download button to Instagram pages you open yourself. It saves media through your browser’s download API, one item at a time, and only from URLs your signed-in session can already reach. Grabgram does not bypass logins, private accounts, or access restrictions, does not proxy Instagram content through our servers, and does not perform bulk profile scraping.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for what you download and what you do with it. By using Grabgram you confirm that:

Downloading media does not transfer any rights in it. Copyright stays with whoever owns it.

No affiliation with Meta

Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Grabgram is an independent browser extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta. Instagram may change its site, rate-limit requests, or restrict activity at any time, and those decisions are outside our control.

Free plan, trial, and Pro license

The Free plan downloads one item at a time using your browser’s default folder and filename. New installs include a 3-day Pro trial. Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks folder and filename templates and may be activated on up to 3 devices. Your license is personal: do not share, resell, or publish your license key.

We may deactivate a license that shows signs of sharing or abuse. If you lose access to a device, contact us and we will help you move the activation.

Payments and refunds

Grabgram Pro is sold through Dodo Payments, which acts as our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Dodo Payments is the seller for your purchase, appears on your payment statement, and handles billing, invoices, and applicable taxes. We cannot charge or refund you directly.

Refunds are handled by Dodo Payments under its buyer terms. If Pro does not work for you, email us and we will review your case and forward an approved refund to Dodo Payments for processing. Nothing here limits any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right you may have under the consumer law of your country.

Availability and changes

Grabgram is provided on a best-effort basis. Instagram changes its markup and APIs frequently, so individual features may break until we ship an update. The optional trial and license services may be unavailable at times. We may change, suspend, or discontinue Grabgram or any part of it, and we may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date on this page.

Disclaimer of warranties

Grabgram is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or that every download will succeed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of Grabgram, including any claim brought against you by a rights holder or platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license, if any. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Termination

You can stop using Grabgram at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access to the Pro license services if you breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
