Grabgram (“we”, “us”) is a browser extension that helps you download Instagram photos, videos, reels, and stories you can already view while signed in. This policy explains what information the extension and this website handle.

Information stored in your browser

Grabgram stores settings, optional license details, and a trial clock in your browser’s extension storage. That data stays on your device unless you clear it or uninstall the extension.

Network requests

When you download media, Grabgram uses Instagram pages and CDN URLs that your signed-in browser session can already access. We do not operate an Instagram proxy and we do not receive copies of your downloads.

The optional trial anti-reset service may receive a non-identifying device fingerprint and network metadata needed to enforce one trial window. License activation contacts the payment provider’s license API with your license key and the email you enter.

Payments and licensing

Purchases are processed by our payment and licensing provider. We do not store full payment card details. If you unlock Pro, the email and license key you provide are used only to activate, validate, and recover your license.

This website

This static site does not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or account logins. Hosting may collect standard server or CDN access logs (such as IP address and user agent) for security and reliability.

Data retention and control

You can remove locally stored Grabgram data by clearing extension storage or uninstalling the extension. For license recovery, billing questions, or deletion requests related to purchase records held by the payment provider, contact us and we will help route the request.

Children

Grabgram is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
